The Lloyd D. Smith Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving educational resources, career opportunities, and leadership development of students who reside in the Ward Seven community of the District of Columbia. Currently, the Foundation is an all volunteer organization headquartered in Washington, DC.
